The RIL Group of Companies is the creation of our visionary leader Mr. Roosevelt I. Lasac, whose initial quest is to provide alternative solutions to the growing demand in the supply chain in the logistics industry.
RIL Group of Companies' core business has grown its fleet to more than 285 Tractor Heads, 35 LCL Trucks, 3 Tanker Vessels, and 385 trailer chassis of different variants including flat-beds and low-beds. We also have 3 Forklifts, Boom trucks, and 2 Rough Terrain Cranes. All companies occupy a total of 70,000 square meters of land used as office and operation space in various locations nationwide.
We are incorporating GPS technology into our current fleet for better fleet management. We are currently planning to develop a booking system for seamless transactions.
We are currently employing more than 840 personnel including admins, staff, drivers and helpers, shipping crews, and many more.
With all this growth and success, it all started with one company which is the RIL Customs Brokerage, established in 1997 and was innovated and transformed into the RIL Transport Services, Inc. in 2002. After another 5 years, Essential Freight Solutions, Inc. was created to provide domestic forwarding and trucking services. These two companies’ success is the key factors that gave birth to the other companies.
RIL Group of Companies expanded its operations from its core business and is now offering driving schools, non-life insurance, customs clearance, travel agency, container yard operations, printing services, spare parts retailer, sandblasting services, GPS and systems provider, and shipping lines.
Recognizing its corporate social responsibility, it has also started giving back to the community by supporting through its foundation, the Adopt-A-school program of the Department of Education including the scholarship program.
